Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Akinvora platform, websites and mobile apps (the "Service"), operated by Akinven Pvt Ltd ("Akinven", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India (CIN U62090GJ2025PTC166471). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1Who can use Akinvora
The Service is intended for registered housing societies, apartment associations, gated communities, campuses and their authorised managing committees, administrators, residents and staff. The person who creates a society account must be authorised to bind that society and is registered as its Society Admin. All other roles are created and managed by that admin from within the app.
2Accounts & responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
- The Society Admin is responsible for granting, reviewing and revoking access for guards, residents, accountants, committee members and staff.
- You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access it by unauthorised means, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
3Subscription, trial & billing
Akinvora is offered on a subscription basis. New societies receive a 30-day free trial with full access. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan (Aangan, Sankul or Nagari), billed monthly or annually based on the number of billable units you manage, plus any add-ons you enable.
- Fees are stated exclusive of GST, which is added as applicable.
- Paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We may revise pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Add-on usage (WhatsApp, SMS) is metered and billed in arrears against the bundle or per-message rate you select.
4Your data
You retain all rights to the data your society puts into Akinvora. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or resell the Service; (b) upload malware or attempt to disrupt the platform; (c) use the Service to harass, surveil unlawfully, or violate the privacy of residents or staff; or (d) breach any applicable law, including data-protection and labour regulations.
6Suspension & termination
You may cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, material breach of these Terms, or where required by law. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted per our retention schedule.
7Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akinven's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
